Welcome to our prayer site. If you would like to leave a prayer request, we are here to pray for you. We also hope you will experience victory in your own personal prayer time. By spending time in prayer, we will not be easy "prey" for the enemy, Satan, who "prowls around like a lion, looking for some victim to devour." (1 Peter 5:8)

If you're new to prayer, you may be wondering just how to pray to keep from becoming prey. Perhaps this will help you get started.

Choose a quiet place, close your eyes, and be still. To quiet your mind, try listening to worship songs for bit, and as you listen to the words, let them draw you into God's presence. Sometimes reading a small devotional and focusing on God's goodness can calm your spirit. Take some time to confess your sins, which helps to clear the path to Him. Reading the Psalms and praying the words back to God as your own can also help us to express things we cannot find the words for.

Believe that God is there with you. Be patient, spend some time. If you still feel God isn't there, Believe He is! Then ask Him to help you in your unbelief. And wait...He is waiting for you. He wants to be found by you. Wait, and listen, and be still. Focus on God alone. Be drawn into His presence, into the Most Holy Place, and enjoy your time with Him. It is like no other place, and you will want to return again and again.

Time in prayer can be used to make requests for personal needs or for the needs of others, but most importantly it is a time of getting to know our Savior, Jesus Christ. It is where our relationship with our Lord will grow. It is where we will begin to trust the plans He has for us. It is the place where true peace is found no matter what the circumstances of our life may be.

The enemy will tell you, you don't have time for prayer. The enemy will tell you it is a waste of time, you have so many things to do. He will lie to you and try to convince you that the world is calling, it needs you and God can wait. But always remember, God is waiting for you... He is on your side, the enemy is not. The enemy seeks to destroy. God wants to restore, refresh and renew us every day--that's what happens in the Most Holy Place. God's love fills this place and it will fill you!
